Dr. Rose earned his medical degree at the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. He completed an internship at the University of California, followed by a general surgery residency at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and Albert Einstein College of Medicine Hospitals in New York. 

Dr. Rose completed his plastic surgery residency, as well as a fellowship in plastic surgery and microsurgery, at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He also completed an aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship at the New York University Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
